RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Thank you for being a valued member of our community. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product or believe that a different size would better suit your needs, please rest assured that we are here to assist you.
Products can be exchanged only if the product received is damaged or if there is an issue with the size. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Product must be in its original packaging and have the original tags and ribbon attached.
Returns and exchanges are not permitted during sale periods. All sales made during this time are considered final.
We do not provide returns or refunds to bank accounts. However, if you decide to return your order, you will receive a credit note that is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
"brawnymellow" reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return and exchange requirements.
Steps for Size Exchange
- Please email info@brawnymellow.com with the email subject line should be formatted as follows: "EXCHANGE - [Name] - [Order Number]." and all relevant details within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Please note that we do not offer a reverse pickup facility, so you will need to arrange your own courier for returning the product.
- Our team will inform you once we receive the returned product. If the product is unused and retains its original tags and ribbon, we will proceed for size exchange.
- The exchanged product will be couriered back to your address at no additional charge for the first exchange. However, for any subsequent exchanges, there will be an additional charge of ₹200.
Steps for Return/Style change
- Please email info@brawnymellow.com with the email subject line should be formatted as follows: "RETURN" - [Name] - [Order Number]." and all relevant details within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Our team will confirm via email that your return has been authorized. Please ensure that the return parcel is shipped within 3-4 days of receiving this confirmation.
- Please note that we do not offer a reverse pickup facility, so you will need to arrange your own courier for returning the product
- Our team will inform you once we receive the returned product. If the product is unused and retains its original tags and ribbon, we will proceed to confirm the store credit.
- We only offer store credit for returns and do not provide refunds to bank accounts.
- For a style exchange, once your store credit is issued, you can redeem it for a purchase of your choice.
Damages & Issues
If the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product, please ensure that you have a recorded unboxing video as evidence to process a damage claim or to initiate a return or exchange.
- To process a damage claim, please email us at info@brawnymellow.com with photos and videos within 3 days of receiving the product.
- After we confirm via email that the return is authorized, we will arrange for the product to be collected.
- If you wish to exchange a faulty product, please note that we can only replace it with the same product
