RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Thank you for being a valued member of our community. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product or believe that a different size would better suit your needs, please rest assured that we are here to assist you.
Products can be exchanged only if the product received is damaged or if there is an issue with the size. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Product must be in its original packaging and have the original tags and ribbon attached.
Returns and exchanges are not permitted during sale periods. All sales made during this time are considered final.
For prepaid orders, please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Steps for Size Exchange

For exchanges, please email us at info@brawnymellow.com with the subject line: “EXCHANGE – [Your Name] – [Order Number]” and include all relevant details within 48 hours of receiving the product.
You can also reach out to us via WhatsApp at 9354094695 for quicker assistance - Our team will inform you once we receive the returned product. If the product is unused and retains its original tags and ribbon, we will proceed for size exchange.
- The exchanged product will be couriered back to your address at no additional charge for the first exchange. However, for any subsequent exchanges, there will be an additional charge of ₹200.

- Our team will inform you once we receive the returned product. If the product is unused and retains its original tags and ribbon, we will proceed to confirm the refunds.

Damages & Issues
If the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product, please ensure that you have a recorded unboxing video as evidence to process a damage claim or to initiate a return or exchange.
- To process a damage claim, please email us at info@brawnymellow.com with photos and videos within 24hours of receiving the product.
- After we confirm via email that the return is authorized, we will arrange for the product to be collected.
- If you wish to exchange a faulty product, please note that we can only replace it with the same product
